The Milling Process
The modern milling process allows us to remove the bran particles from the endosperm; grind the endosperm into flour; sift the ground stock and remove flour produced at each stage using our fully automatic manufacturing facility in Nairobi.
Blending
During milling, different parts of the wheat grain are used to make different types of flour. As a result of advances in technology and the skill of the miller, PremierFlour Mills LTD (PFML) produces over 7 different types of flour to meet a growing consumer demand for a diverse range of products.

In observance of the strict requirements of the Kenyan national government, through the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), PFML maintains compliance with current manufacturing and hazard analysis as a testament to commitment to quality & customer satisfaction.

Consistent Flour Quality

All raw materials and flour improvers are qualified through years of extensive research and closely monitored studies.

Bromate Free

Products are guaranteed Bromate-free and fortified with Vitamin A and Iron in strict compliance with the standards set by the implementing rules and regulations implemented by Kenya.

03.

Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS)

This is a mandatory product certification scheme for locally manufactured products provided for under section 10 of the Standards Act Cap 496, Laws of Kenya.

The only true measure of acceptable quality is customer satisfaction, which takes into account both objective and subjective interpretations of the needs and expectations of customers.
